His abstracts on tree assessments were selected for presentation at four (4) International Tree Conferences

His formula for appraising the value of roadside vegetation was included in Rule Chapter 14-40 of the Florida Highway Beautification Act

Joe has been retained as an expert tree witness in excess of over 500 litigation matters.

He reduced a tree assessment from $3.2 million to $193,000 by understanding and interpreting of nuances in tree ordinance language.

He reduced another tree assessment from $346,000 to $19,000 by expert knowledge of tree species.

He provided horticultural consulting for the Best of Show winner in $2.5 million category for the Parade of Homes.

He reduced a $30 million tree nursery product liability damage claim to an undisclosed six (6) figure number by utilizing arboreal forensic discovery.

He successfully reduced a tree assessment for a developer from $1.7 million to $100,00 utilizing state-of-the-art technology to disprove the purported value of trees as assessed by city and county foresters.
