Joe Samnik, consulting arborist with Expert Tree Consultants, will again be a featured speaker at the Trees Florida annual conference being held in Captiva, Florida this June. Joe will be presenting on wrongful death and personal injury as they relate to limb failure, tree failure, and other tree problems.
