Amy Hurst is an arboreal consultant and an associate. She holds the certified arborist designation from the ISA and is registered by the Bureau of Entomology, DACS state of Florida
Ms. Hurst has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in education from Appalachian State University, Boone, North Carolina.
Her areas of expertise include: tree and landscape assessments and appraisals; tree preservation; hazard tree appraisals and litigation support for neighbor disputes and eminent domain matters.
Ms. Hurst has provided tree risk management and tree assessments for developer communities of 500 homes. Her business loss strategy was fundamental in the resolution of over $10 million in an eminent domain matter. She has developed and managed the implementation of preservation specifications for numerous developers in conflict with municipalities. Her acumen in taxonomy has led to six figure savings for developers in tree mitigation matters. Her opinions of tree value have been upheld in courts of law.

Lori Ballard is a Florida Nurseryman, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) Certified Horticulture Professional, Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and a partner in the firm of Samnik and Associates, Expert Tree Consultants.
Ms. Ballard has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida.
Lori has been intricately involved as a litigation support arborist with tree and landscape nursery business damage assignments in the areas of eminent domain and insurance claims. She manages all neighbor dispute claims in the practice. She is assigned to numerous developer clients seeking tree assessments and designations. Lori has supervised the implementation of environmental preservation specifications in accordance with governmental permitting. She is responsible for the continuing education of arborists, Landscape Architects, and the Florida Nurserymen, Growers, and Landscapers Association (FNGLA) for live seminars and online learning.
